We ship our frozen products in a food-grade packaging material that includes multiple ice gel packs. This packaging solution is specifically designed to ensure the perishable items remain at the proper temperature during shipping.

Our preferred carrier partner is FedEx. The delivery time may vary from 1 to 2 business days depending on your location. We are proud to offer shipping frozen products to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.

We currently ship to all 50 US States. All received orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE shipping for a minimum order of $125. We currently charge $19.99 for flat-rate shipping cost via FedEx Express. When your order is shipped, an order update will be sent to you via text or email with a tracking number. You may track your order via the FedEx website. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update.
